If, while in the United States, you were sent at least one text message from Lampo, concerning its or its customers' products and services between November 22, 2020, through October 23, 2025, then you may be a Class Member and eligible for benefits.

To receive benefits, Class Members must submit a valid Claim Form by February 19, 2026.

To start your online claim, you can find your Notice ID & PIN printed on the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your ID & PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator at info@LampoTCPASettlement.com or (833) 417-4962. Please request your ID & PIN by providing the Class Member's full name and mailing address.
